We offer low-cost, convenient hardware & software repair services, virus and spyware removal, data backup and recovery, as well as offer advice and assistance with system upgrades, preventive maintenance and other non-repair services.   This discount pricing is based on you delivering the broken equipment to the shop.

We do not charge for diagnosis or problem determination prior to the start of the repair process.   This is helpful to determine if the equipment is worth repairing or should just be replaced.   We do not sell PC's, but can advise you where and what to buy if you choose not to have your equipment repaired.   Up to this point, there would be no charge for our services.

Virus, Adware, and Spyware Removal
If your PC is running slow, or if something just does not seem right, you may have a virus or spyware infestation.   We specialize in virus and spyware removal.   In most cases we can fix your machine without having to use restore disks.   This means you do not lose all of your settings, pictures and documents.

In-Home / On-Site Installations and Repair
This service is available, but on a limited basis.   If you can't figure out how to disconnect or reconnect the computer equipment or you're unable to carry the equipment, we will be more than happy to come out and pick up it up or try to resolve your problem in your home or business.   We will provide in-home or on-site service for installations of new systems, hardware & software upgrades, routers and wireless routers and VOIP internet telephones.   Troubleshooting a broken or slow running computer in your home usually doesn't work well.   Equipment brought to my shop is billed for the time we actually work on the equipment.   Repairs done at your home or business include a one hour minimum labor charge, plus a one-way travel time charge, unless your location is within our normal coverage area.

Troubleshooting
We can determine whether a problem with your equipment is hardware or software related by using various diagnostic tools.

Upgrades
We specialize in upgrades, including the installation of more memory, larger hard drives, high speed internet and DSL connections.   For hard drive upgrades, all of your data files, pictures, music and internet favorites will be moved to the new hard drive.

Turn-Around / Completion Times:
We know how important your computer is to you. We'll do our best to return your computer to you as soon as possible, WITHOUT cutting any corners.

We offer quick turn-around times of approx 2 - 4 working days for most repairs. (This does not include weekends or holidays.)

Some repairs, such as repairs requiring special orders, may take longer.

Payments
We accept cash and checks only.   Payment for parts and services is due when the work is completed.   Items which are not picked up within 30 days of notification will be sold for the balance due.   Items which cannot be sold will be donated.
